I've often wondered how God rested.
I've no doubt God deserves to rest...Making an entire planet and all, God has every right to rest...
But if God woke up on a Sunday, ready to rest...Just what exactly did God do that day?
Read a paper?
Tee up a golf ball?
Can't speak for God, but I'm pretty certain we're supposed to rest after so much doing-ness/busy-ness...
We may not be so keen on the concept here in the Western world, but in the truest of true moments, those of us here in the South believe in these things...We take our Bibles seriously...
Therefore, resting one out of seven...
It's downright scriptural.
Even if it doesn't come naturally...
We come by it honest.
