“And I will show wonders in
the heavens and in the earth: Blood and fire and pillars of smoke. The sun
shall be turned into darkness. And the moon into blood, before the coming of
the great and awesome* day of the Lord.” Joel 2:30
Depending on your interpretation, some texts use the word "terrible" Others interpret it "dreadful". That's why news coverage of what to expect on a blood moon is so mixed. We're either in for great change…or we're heading straight for the Apocalypse According to the lady at the beauty shop, it's the latter--Armageddon is soon to commence. According the almanac, it's a good day to start a new business or plant potatoes.
(It's also a good time to give Thurman a call to see what he thinks of Blood Moons in days like these.)
Karlen Evins inspires first time farmers and those digging into the garden of their own lives. Garden to table farming. Sustainability. And goats and puppies. Always a sense of humor and awe.
